Job Summary

As a Q2C Collections Specialist, you will support Kantar’s financial health by monitoring third-party collections, analysing customer accounts and ageing reports, identifying risks and trends, and providing data-driven insights to support risk assessment, provisioning and audits within a global, cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Collections Manager in monitoring third‑party collections performance against service levels and policies.
•Analyse customer accounts, ageing reports and performance indicators to identify risks and trends.
•Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve disputes and prevent recurring issues.
•Provide accurate data and insights to support risk assessment, provisioning and audits.
•Build effective relationships with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business.

Key Requirements

•A degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration or an equivalent discipline.
•Experience working within credit control, collections or risk management processes.
•Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and confidence working with financial data.

•Confidence using Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
