•Collaborate with wealth management product teams and development teams on new products, enhancements, and improvements to customer experience.
•Assist frontline teams with customer servicing needs and disputes to ensure seamless support.

•University degree with honors in economics, finance, business, or a related discipline.
•Working experience as a product specialist, financial advisor, or sales manager.
•Strong knowledge of wealth management products with expertise in customer portfolio management.
•Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
•Fluent written and verbal English.
