Key Responsibilities

•Personally run the majority of internal investigations into workplace complaints or concerns, ensuring accurate documentation and timely, fair outcomes.
•Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and leaders in sensitive, confidential, or emotionally charged situations.
•Advise managers and People Success Partners through difficult employee situations, complex policy questions, and challenging conversations.
•Provide California-specific guidance on issues including harassment prevention training, meal/rest break compliance, and independent contractor guidelines.
•Identify workplace risks through regular communication and observation, deliver practical ER-focused training, and share trend reporting with leadership.

Travel: Medium travel

•Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor by connecting employee relations cases to broader organizational health.
•Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills, including deep listening, discretion, composure, and empathy in high-stress situations.
•Must be based in Sunnyvale or San Francisco, CA.
