Job Summary

Conduct R&D in synthetic organic and polymer organic chemistry to develop and test polymer (in)organic systems used in coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers, with a focus on polyurethane and silicone. Plan independent projects, design experiments to connect structure and properties to performance targets, and lead applied research. Partner with technicians, engineers, and global teams to scale-up new products, while supporting IP strategy, safety, and technical reporting through presentations and publications.
