Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain ownership of production test activities and ensure production test flow, including hands-on troubleshooting of complex electrical issues.
  • •Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream, from system-level checkouts and acceptance testing to key component validation.
  • •Improve and sustain test systems by increasing automation, consistency, total cycle time, and test coverage, including DfM improvements.
  • •Create test work instructions for technician use in MES, train technicians, and develop a library of common failure modes with troubleshooting guides.
  • •Analyze test data, document results, provide detailed reports, perform root-cause analysis with corrective actions (RCCA), and partner with Design/Quality/Manufacturing for failure analysis and NPI feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of relevant industry experience focused on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
  • •Experience with Linux/Ubuntu and familiarity with LabVIEW and NixOS.
  • •Hands-on experience testing PCBA/electronic assemblies, including knowledge of PCBA testing standards and methods.
  • •Strong root-cause analysis skills for non-conforming hardware and the ability to obtain and maintain US DoD clearance.
