Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Professional Services product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap aligned with platform strategy and commercial growth targets.
  • •Define feature outcomes (adoption, usage, customer impact), set success metrics, and track performance post-launch.
  • •Act as the internal authority on the Professional Services vertical, enabling product marketing, sales, customer success, analyst relations, and pre-sales.
  • •Lead a prioritized product backlog using dedicated engineering capacity: outcomes, success metrics, release plans, and quality criteria.
  • •Translate PSO market knowledge into product requirements, blueprints, templates, and build-vs-partner decisions; collaborate with partners on launch readiness, pricing, packaging, and field enablement.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven product management experience building enterprise software (ERP, PSA, or enterprise SaaS) for professional services organizations, with shipped products used by PSOs.
  • •Deep operational knowledge of how PSOs run, including utilization, engagement profitability, billing models, scheduling, and partner/shareholder economics.
  • •Strong command of core PSO processes: project accounting and billing, project planning/execution, time and expense management, and resource planning.
  • •A clear point of view on AI’s impact on professional services business models and what it means for the ERP these firms need.
  • •Commercially oriented product decision-making tied to ARR, win rate, and customer retention, with strong communication for C-suite and practitioner stakeholders.
