Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business strategy and vision into user stories/features, balancing investment and business value while ensuring compliant delivery.
  • •Own and maintain a prioritized work backlog, including testable user stories with acceptance criteria, and review/accept outputs for completion.
  • •Serve as a direct business representative to one or more delivery teams, representing the customer perspective throughout the delivery cycle.
  • •Partner across UX, design, business analysts, developers, and testers to execute and release aligned with program/product roadmaps.
  • •Identify and control risks associated with business activities in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

Key Requirements
