Job Summary

Lead a Hardscapes branch team to drive inventory excellence, customer value, and overall financial performance. Coach and mentor associates, recruit and develop talent, and build a safety-focused, incident-free environment. Use operating and financial data to identify trends, set goals, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to meet revenue and customer satisfaction targets. Partner with leadership and Field Support to implement emerging technologies and ways of working.

•Recruit, lead, coach, and mentor branch associates to build a strong team and knowledge base.
•Train associates on customer value best practices to create a culture focused on customer success.
•Emphasize safety daily and promote a strong safety culture through workplace organization, training, and policy execution.
•Analyze operating and financial data to identify business trends and root causes.
•Set goals, monitor KPIs, implement branch/area strategy, and adjust strategies based on changing market conditions, partnering with leadership and Field Support to implement emerging technologies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6 to 8 years of managerial experience including leadership, issue management, motivation, and team building.

•Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working, and encourage others to do the same.
•Working knowledge of business accounting and P&L statements (high school or equivalent required).
