Key Responsibilities

  • •Validate billed amounts against approved contracts, schedules of values (SOV), change orders, and project progress.
  • •Ensure billed items have appropriate documentation, approvals, certified payroll records, and other contract-required submissions.
  • •Coordinate with project managers, construction managers, contractors, and finance teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and documentation deficiencies.
  • •Maintain detailed invoice records and support monthly invoice review/approval workflows, reporting, and payment tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •Six (6) years of experience reviewing invoices, payment applications, or construction billing documentation (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Proficiency understanding construction contracts, billing procedures, payment processes, and compliance requirements.
  • •Experience reviewing contractor payment applications and supporting documentation, including work application details and accounting analytics.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative project environment.
