Job Summary

Join a growing fintech team as the first point of contact for prospective customers. You’ll run high-volume, multi-channel outbound to generate leads, conduct discovery and qualification using BANT and SPIN, and book qualified meetings for BDRs with accurate handoff notes. Track all activity and pipeline updates in HubSpot, report conversion metrics weekly, and stay on top of market and competitor signals to sharpen messaging.

•Build and maintain a targeted prospect list across key verticals including F&B, Clinics, Retail, and B2B.
•Conduct structured discovery calls using BANT and SPIN to qualify leads against ICP criteria.
•Execute high-volume outbound outreach via cold calling, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn social selling.
•Schedule high-quality qualified meetings for BDRs and ensure smooth handoff with prospect profile and pain-point context.
•Log activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot and provide weekly reports with conversion metrics to the Head of Sales.

Key Requirements

•+1 year experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role, with fintech, SaaS, or B2B services strongly preferred.
•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting-booking quotas.
•Hands-on experience with high-volume cold calling and multi-channel outbound sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn).
•Working knowledge of sales qualification frameworks such as BANT and SPIN.
•Experience using a CRM platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to manage pipeline and report activity.
