Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Process Improvement, Product, DevOps, IT, Security, and other teams to identify workflow and process problems.
  • •Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete technical approaches.
  • •Map existing workflows across systems, stakeholders, handoffs, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
  • •Design, prototype, build, and productionize automation solutions that integrate with internal systems, APIs, infrastructure, and workflows.
  • •Communicate technical tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences and drive end-to-end implementation independently.
