Key Responsibilities

•Talent Champion: Conduct final interviews for all key positions and source, select, and hire candidates using the online applicant tracking system as needed.
•Training & Development: Manage all training-related functions within the store and develop the store's ongoing training strategy with Store Director and Education partners.
•Scheduling & Payroll: Oversee weekly schedule creation, approve time-off requests, and manage payroll to ensure timely and accurate payment.
•Performance Assessment & Development: Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports and oversee the store-wide process with timely feedback.
•Operational Excellence: Oversee store operations, inventory management (shipping, receiving, returns, tester and supply control, cycle counts) and ensure adherence to company standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 54,800 - 68,500 annually

•2-4 years of management experience in the beauty, retail, or customer service industry, with internal experience preferred.
•Experience recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions, including leadership.

•Strong managerial courage to have tough conversations when needed.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
