Ensure HP’s SAP systems adhere to internal controls, regulatory requirements (including SOX and GDPR), and industry standards. Manage the IT General Control Framework by conducting SAP audits and assessments, monitoring regulatory changes, and identifying and mitigating SAP control risks. Leverage experience with SAP security/auth object models, RBAC, and SAP GRC, collaborate with auditors, and support compliance action plans and testing for AIR and SOX controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure SAP systems comply with internal controls, regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR), and industry standards.
•Conduct regular audits and assessments of SAP systems to identify compliance gaps.
•Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to SAP system controls.
•Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address control deficiencies and support management with action plans for AIR raised and SOX controls testing.
•Establish and maintain relationships with IT support/business teams; communicate IT decisions and contribute to second line of defense compliance efforts.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 8-10 years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 5+ years of related experience.
•Strong IT and audit experience focused on IT controls or financial risk assessment.
•Proficiency in SAP GRC tools and strong understanding of SAP security and authorization concepts.
•Experience with SAP security/auth object models, including RBAC design, and SAP GRC management.
•Experience with SAP audit tools such as SAP Audit Management and SAP Process Control.
