Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead knowledge management initiatives for EUV UIR and DUV UIR domains.
  • •Plan and organize GTC training programs, including qualification and follow-up.
  • •Design and execute cross-competency training to enhance EUV/DUV workforce flexibility.
  • •Coordinate and maintain Safety Training compliance in alignment with UIR requirements and drive AE onboarding and qualification paths.
  • •Own skill level tracking, ensure SMT monitoring data accuracy, provide regular training/status reports, and translate training/skill data into manpower and operation insights while collaborating with manpower planning and operations teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong background in EUV UIR or DUV UIR operations or a training environment.
  • •Proven experience managing training programs and knowledge frameworks.
  • •Solid capability in skill tracking, analysis, and driving continuous improvements.
  • •Excellent reporting, communication, and cross-sector collaboration skills.
