Job Summary

Lead knowledge management and training initiatives for EUV UIR and DUV UIR domains, coordinating qualification, follow-up, and cross-competency training to improve workforce flexibility. Own skill level tracking and skill maturity progression, manage SMT (Skill Management Tool) monitoring for accurate, actionable insights, and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders. Partner closely with manpower planning and operations teams to ensure readiness supports real field needs, acting as a key interface between UIR, training providers, and operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead knowledge management initiatives for EUV UIR and DUV UIR domains.
•Plan and organize GTC training programs, including qualification and follow-up.
•Design and execute cross-competency training to enhance EUV/DUV workforce flexibility.
•Coordinate and maintain Safety Training compliance in alignment with UIR requirements and drive AE onboarding and qualification paths.
•Own skill level tracking, ensure SMT monitoring data accuracy, provide regular training/status reports, and translate training/skill data into manpower and operation insights while collaborating with manpower planning and operations teams.

Key Requirements

•Strong background in EUV UIR or DUV UIR operations or a training environment.
•Proven experience managing training programs and knowledge frameworks.
•Solid capability in skill tracking, analysis, and driving continuous improvements.
•Excellent reporting, communication, and cross-sector collaboration skills.
•High ownership, coordination ability, and stakeholder management mindset.
