Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute HBM validation runs on IQP/ETV materials, meeting start/finish windows, material utilization plans, and readiness checkpoints.
  • •Deliver time-bound data processing (log parsing, statistical summaries, anomaly triage) and publish concise summary reports by agreed turnaround time.
  • •Ensure coverage completeness across MBIST and Native Mode flows, including Hot/Cold corners, TSV screen/AQLK, and async timing boundary checks.
  • •Operate and debug test programs on SM3/Cobra (MBIST) and Advantest V93K (Native), coordinating hardware readiness (handler, socket, loadboard, probe card).
  • •Develop Verilog simulations to reproduce and triage sightings, automate log and data workflows with Python/Perl, and collaborate with Design, DV, QA, GQ, and TSE to close corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related).
  • •5+ years in DRAM/HBM/NAND validation or product engineering, with at least 2 years of HBM Validation experience.
  • •Hands-on experience with MBIST (SM3/Cobra) and Native Mode (Advantest V93K) testing.
  • •Verilog simulation experience, including writing testbenches, running simulations, and interpreting waveforms/logs.
  • •Test platform code development experience in C/C++, Python, and APG, plus proficiency in scripting and data analysis (Python/Perl).
