Key Responsibilities

•Support, maintain, and continuously improve internal solutions and tools used across sales and pre-sales organizations.
•Design and implement automation-first solutions to streamline workflows, reduce operational friction, and improve consistency.
•Own solutions across the full SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
•Troubleshoot complex security, network, and system issues in Linux-based environments, and lead firewall management (policy design, rule optimization, auditing, troubleshooting).
•Develop and enhance internal platforms and APIs using Python (Django) and Ruby on Rails, integrating with infrastructure and environments, and create documentation and runbooks.

Key Requirements

•Senior-level experience in cybersecurity, with strong expertise in firewalls, network security, and incident troubleshooting.
•Strong background in automation and software engineering, including proficiency in Python (Django) and Ruby on Rails.
•Solid understanding of SDLC best practices, including version control (git and mecurial), testing, and deployment strategies.
•Advanced Linux system administration skills, with ability to integrate with Windows and macOS environments when required.
•Hands-on experience with virtualization and container technologies.
