Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide legal advice on data protection matters under global frameworks such as the GDPR.
  • •Deliver risk-based privacy guidance on new products, initiatives, and operational changes.
  • •Draft and negotiate DPAs and intra-group data transfer agreements; support privacy due diligence for third-party service providers and in M&A contexts.
  • •Support data mapping and documentation of data processing activities, including performance of data protection impact assessments, and maintain privacy policies and procedures.
  • •Conduct privacy maturity audits, manage investigations or fine-related proceedings with data protection authorities, and contribute to AI governance and compliance frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •Min. 2–3 years of proven experience in data protection/privacy or related areas.
  • •Educational background in law, at least a bachelor’s or comparable degree.
  • •Certified expertise in EU privacy laws (IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV DPO, etc.) is a plus.
  • •Excellent English language skills; Polish, Spanish, or German is a plus.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across teams and cultures.
