Job Summary

Lead the enterprise implementation of the bank’s AI technology strategy, translating business goals into scalable AI models and platforms. Oversee governance for transparent, fair, compliant, and privacy-aware AI, while integrating AI into core banking and customer engagement systems. Build and inspire multidisciplinary AI engineering teams, modernize the technology function, and track AI performance metrics to drive efficiency, innovation, and measurable business outcomes across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the bank’s AI technology strategy aligned with business goals.
•Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities across departments (e.g., fraud detection, risk modeling, customer service automation).
•Establish AI governance frameworks to ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance, and monitor/mitigate bias, explainability, and data privacy risks.
•Build and lead multidisciplinary AI teams and foster a culture of innovation and ethical AI practices.
•Integrate AI into core banking systems and customer engagement platforms, upskill staff, and track AI performance metrics (e.g., cost savings, customer satisfaction).
