  • •Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines, including participation in safety meetings and RCRA training for waste-derived fuel activities.
  • •Monitor, inspect, and review plant activities to ensure production schedules align with sales forecasts.
  • •Supervise maintenance activities, quality and safety programs, and prepare regular reports on plant production operations.
  • •Investigate customer and quality problems and address performance barriers through continuous improvement and troubleshooting.
  • •Engage with government agencies and community groups for compliance with environmental regulations and plant policies, and establish plant standards and goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4-year bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, natural sciences, business administration, or a closely related field.
  • •Read/write/understand warning labels, instructions, and signs, and demonstrate high attention to detail in decisions and problem-solving.
  • •Ability to coach staff and deliver constructive feedback to inspire and develop employees.
  • •Knowledge of safety and environmental health regulations, including compliance for plant activities.
