Job Summary

Lead the go-to-market and growth strategy for Agoda’s new B2C product verticals, owning acquisition and retention initiatives across channels. Key Responsibilities

•Co-own with product the go-to market strategy: targeted segments, USP, and positioning for the product.
•Design the marketing strategy for the new B2C product across the full funnel – from user acquisition and activation to engagement and retention.
•Execute the marketing strategy: launch channels (paid search, app campaigns, affiliates); optimize performance campaigns across channels (app campaigns, paid search); shape onboarding and in-app messaging.
•Collaborate with Fintech, Legal, and Compliance to ensure campaigns, claims, and messaging are accurate and compliant, translating regulatory constraints into clear communications.
•Build and continuously improve dashboards, reporting, and processes to scale growth operations; manage and mentor a team as the vertical grows.

•Marketing expertise: 8+ years with 3+ years in growth/direct marketing for app-based or digital products, focusing on user acquisition and retention.
•Strong analytical skills with experience in CAC, LTV, activation, retention, payback, cohorts; ability to pull/analyze data using SQL and/or self-serve BI tools.
•Entrepreneurial/builder mindset; ability to operate in ambiguity, set up new processes, and experiment with limited playbooks.
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with experience collaborating across multiple teams.
•Experience scaling a team (e.g., 2 analysts/marketers) as the vertical grows.
