Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cross-functional integration across engineering and program teams to ensure safety, technical excellence, and product integrity.
  • •Own integrated systems engineering execution, including requirements traceability, configuration management, and certification/verification activities.
  • •Develop and nurture partnerships with the United States Navy (USN), engineering functions, and program management.
  • •Oversee the technical baseline (mission systems configuration, technical performance measures, architecture diagrams, and risk identification/opportunity assessments).
  • •Manage software configuration set (SCS) engineering change proposals, lead technical working groups, and present at engineering review boards and change control boards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
  • •7+ years of related engineering experience.
  • •Prior systems engineering experience (system design, functional decomposition, requirements development, analysis, verification, and validation).
  • •Experience with combined software development, integration & test and/or mission system.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance post-start (requires U.S. citizenship).
