Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Americas Forward Deployed Engineering organization, manage and scale multiple FDE pods and ensure engineering performance, customer outcomes, talent development, and organizational health.
  • •Own regional technical execution by ensuring FDE teams design, build, deploy, and scale production-quality enterprise AI applications on the C3 AI Platform.
  • •Lead and develop engineering managers, establishing expectations and coaching on technical leadership, people management, staffing, performance, and customer execution.
  • •Set the regional operating model for how FDE teams are organized, staffed, deployed, and managed across customer accounts.
  • •Serve as senior technical escalation point for complex customer challenges and enforce engineering standards across architecture, design, code quality, testing, security, scalability, and production readiness.

Salary: USD 250,000 - 350,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or another technical discipline.
  • •12+ years of professional software engineering or highly technical product development experience.
  • •7+ years leading highly technical engineering organizations, including managing engineering managers or technical leaders.
  • •Demonstrated experience building, scaling, and operating customer-facing engineering teams delivering complex enterprise software into production.
  • •Deep understanding of modern software engineering (full-stack development, distributed systems, data platforms, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise software architecture) and strong technical judgment reviewing architecture and tradeoffs.
