Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist operational planning of recipes and support menu creation and optimization using a Python-based menu-planning algorithm.
  • •Lead cross-collaborative initiatives to reduce menu risk and ensure ingredient availability across the end-to-end value chain.
  • •Support day-to-day operations and administrative tasks across supply and menu planning, solving concrete problems and making decisions.
  • •Participate in projects to optimize, automate, and improve product processes and supply chain operations.
  • •Track weekly menu and recipe performance and analyze monthly/quarterly results; support recipe change management and recipe/ingredient pool maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline, ideally focused on Product, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
  • •Initial experience in product management or supply planning; CPG and e-commerce experience is a plus.
  • •Strong Excel skills; knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus.
  • •Hands-on mindset, team spirit, and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • •Proactive, ambitious attitude with interest in data and the world of food.
