Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MTS test tools per maintenance manuals and SOPs, including electrical, pneumatic, and motion systems.
  • •Verify tool readiness after maintenance using functional checks and diagnostics.
  • •Diagnose equipment failures using system logs, alarms, HMI interfaces, schematics, wiring diagrams, and tooling documentation.
  • •Support tool development and assembly, including CAD-driven assembly instructions and low voltage DC wiring plus mechanical/plumbing fixtures.
  • •Follow safety procedures, ensure proper LOTO, identify/report safety risks, and complete required safety training.
