Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with revenue leaders to design and execute revenue operations strategy, roadmap, and annual operating plan aligned with growth priorities.
  • •Establish and continuously improve operating rhythms for planning, forecasting, pipeline inspection, business reviews, and executive decision-making.
  • •Partner with Sales, Marketing, Solution Consulting, Value Management, Customer Success, and Finance leaders to drive end-to-end customer lifecycle alignment.
  • •Define metrics, dashboards, and analytical frameworks for revenue health, conversion, capacity, productivity, and forecast risk.
  • •Lead initiatives to improve demand generation, forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, sales productivity, territory coverage, and customer retention and expansion.

Key Requirements
