Distribution Center Manager

Lead day-to-day operations at the Menomonee Falls distribution center, driving safety, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery. Manage daily workflows across picking, packing, shipping, receiving, returns, auditing, and inventory control, while optimizing labor planning and resource allocation. Coach and develop a high-performing team of direct reports, establish and exceed KPIs, and use Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement to improve service and reduce costs. Partner cross-functionally to support growth and customer objectives.
