Key Responsibilities

•Be an extension of the founders - manage priorities, draft and triage email and external communications, prep for meetings, and own the follow-through on everything that gets decided.
•Handle operations end to end for conferences and event logistics, travel, office and vendor management, scheduling, and related tasks.
•Automate the monotonous - identify repetitive, manual work across the team and replace it with AI-driven workflows and tooling.
•Implement process across the company - design and roll out operating cadences, systems, and documentation and make them stick.
•Make GTM and client deployments efficient - bring structure to go-to-market motions and streamline onboarding and deployment to improve delivery speed and consistency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1-2 years in investment banking or management consulting (or a comparably high-rigor, fast-paced environment).
•Ability to operate under pressure and manage detail at scale.
•AI-native mindset with comfort in building lightweight automations.
•Exceptionally organized and process-driven; can turn messy workflows into clean ones.
•Based in New York and willing to work in person, full-time with the founding team.
