Key Requirements

  • •BS, MS, or post-graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science).
  • •Minimum 8 to 15+ years in relevant fields with a strong track record.
  • •Experience in Applications Engineering, including direct customer interaction, project/time management, explaining and training on complex technology, and debugging complex problems.
  • •Strong working knowledge of high-speed (100Gbps+) PHY and SerDes, including Ethernet systems/standards (preferred) and experience with high-speed optical/OTN/architecture (preferred), plus register-level programming of complex devices.
  • •Practical knowledge of C, C++, and Visual Basic, along with the ability to review PCB layout and schematic; plus strong written/verbal communication and teamwork.
