Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide 7-day per week engineering oversight for forward planning and disruption recovery activities.
  • •Align maintenance tasks with port capabilities, hangar availability, and engineering constraints.
  • •Work upstream to reduce the volume of aircraft swaps driven by maintenance requirements.
  • •Partner with Strategic Maintenance Planning, Fleet Planning, and JOCC teams to plan season maintenance/ground time and align operational changes.
  • •Use tools such as Movement Manager, MIS (Trax), and Skywise to allocate aircraft to flying lines and lead training in systems including Rocade and Compass.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience in aircraft planning or an airline operations role.
  • •Strong understanding of maintenance planning tools and port capabilities.
  • •Ability to communicate and influence effectively across Engineering, Maintenance, Networks, and Operations stakeholders.
  • •Comfort working under pressure to solve problems with limited information.
  • •Willingness to work rotating 12-hour day shifts, 4 days on and 4 days off.
