Job Summary

Own key areas of BJAK’s AI Neobank app, from insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel to other financial services. Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans—then partner with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams to turn complex financial products into simple customer journeys. Use feedback and production issues to iterate post-launch and make trade-offs across speed, UX, impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

•Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other financial services.
•Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
•Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
•Turn complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.
•Launch features, monitor performance, and iterate using data, feedback, research, and production issues.

Key Requirements

•Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or similar role.
•Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows.
•Able to work with engineers and designers to ship real products.
•Comfortable using metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
•Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management (fintech/insurance/payments experience is a plus).
