Job Summary

Design, develop, debug, verify, and validate BIOS/UEFI firmware across AMD SoCs spanning pre- and post-silicon. Collaborate closely with firmware engineers, developers, and architects across multiple IPs. Provide support to server customers for issue reproduction and debugging, and consult internal and external customers on AMD features and programming requirements. Bring strong firmware expertise, creative problem-solving, and clear technical communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead engineering activities to design, develop, debug, verify, and/or validate firmware, software, and/or hardware.
•Work closely with other firmware engineers, developers, and architects across various IPs to design and implement firmware for AMD SoCs.
•Support key server customers with issue reproduction, debugging, and questions answering.
•Provide consultation to internal and external customers regarding AMD features and programming requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 141,050 - 241,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Deep technical skills in BIOS / UEFI and FW engineering.
•Ability to design, develop, debug, verify, and/or validate firmware, software and/or hardware.
•Experience providing support to server customers for issue reproduction and debugging.
•Ability to provide consultation to internal and external customers regarding AMD features and programming requirements.
•Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
