Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, own, and execute go-to-market strategies to establish Monad as a leading blockchain in South Korea.
  • •Identify, negotiate, and close strategic deals that position Monad as a top chain among Korean enterprises and institutions.
  • •Build and nurture relationships with regional stakeholders, including exchanges, enterprises, media, and regulatory bodies.
  • •Stay on top of evolving South Korean regulatory landscape and trends to identify high-impact opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of business development experience, including 3+ years in blockchain, digital assets, or Web3 startups.
