Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support IP protection and infringement matters, including trademark registrations, takedown requests, and pre-litigation or litigation cases in France and abroad.
  • •Contribute to the company’s strategy to strengthen protection of its games and apps in a changing legal environment.
  • •Draft and review commercial agreements for publishing, marketing, and gaming teams, including publishing contracts, user acquisition & monetization agreements, service contracts, and partnership deals.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams to address legal needs of operational departments.
  • •Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate diplomacy and listening skills in a team-oriented environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in English and French required; prior internship experience in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred
  • •Knowledge of IP law (copyright, trademarks, designs) is a plus
  • •Proficient in MS Office; demonstrates rigor, diplomacy and confidentiality
  • •First successful internship experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
  • •Strong listening, teamwork, and sense of humor as assets for success at Voodoo
