Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and support PACER products and related internal systems, including registration, authentication, billing, and case locator capabilities.
  • •Monitor and maintain compliance with PCI and other security standards through secure development practices.
  • •Design, analyze, develop, test, deploy, support, and maintain systems across the software development lifecycle, including use case and validation documentation.
  • •Develop and maintain enterprise-class software and secure web services, and independently design scalable, resilient solutions with impact/feasibility analysis for changes.
  • •Manage software configurations, version control, source code repositories, change control, and DevSecOps/CI/CD pipeline work; perform performance tuning and support COOP/DR.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in IT system engineering, systems development, and software coding/programming.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of security compliance and security control, including secure development practices.
  • •Strong proficiency in C, Java, JSF, Tomcat, PrimeFaces, JavaScript, CSS, and/or Linux shell.
  • •Experience implementing and supporting end-to-end automated DevSecOps pipelines and processes using DevOps tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bash, Subversion).
