Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests and scan tickets upon entry; answer questions and help locate seats during the event.
  • •Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean, and presentable for guests.
  • •Resolve guest complaints or problems and guide guests to exits during emergencies.
  • •Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity and assist with special needs and seat accommodations.
  • •Participate in recycling/sustainability efforts and assist with closing tasks after the show as requested.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.7 - 20.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • •At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
  • •Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • •Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
  • •Ability to constantly walk and climb stairs, and occasionally sit, lift, and carry 25 lbs.
