Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests, scan tickets on entry, answer questions, and help guests locate their seats.
•Assist in keeping the venue safe, clean, and presentable.
•Resolve guest complaints or problems.
•Verify ticket/pass authenticity and assist guests with special needs and accommodations.
•Guide guests to exits and provide instructions during emergencies; support recycling, sustainability, and post-show closing tasks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.7 - 20.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
•At least 1+ year in a guest service role (preferred).
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy when resolving issues.
•Ability to constantly walk, climb stairs, and occasionally sit; lifting and carrying 25 lbs+.
