Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain the category strategy and implementation roadmap for Logistics & Packaging in Europe.
  • •Lead deployment of category strategies and prioritize procurement initiatives across the region.
  • •Prepare and lead fact-based negotiations, supplier selection, and contract management processes.
  • •Manage procurement initiatives with stakeholders and procurement colleagues, ensuring effective Key Supplier Management (KSM) and supplier performance monitoring.
  • •Drive knowledge sharing, collaboration, and standardization across procurement teams; support cost reduction, cash optimization, and responsible sourcing objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement or a relevant business environment.
  • •Extensive experience in logistics, warehousing, or packaging sourcing.
  • •Category management expertise with strong strategic thinking and execution.
  • •Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
