Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Emergency Plans, Severe Weather Plans, and Business Continuity Plans across the resort.
  • •Assist with Incident Command during emergencies, support activation and operation of the Crisis Management Centre, and ensure communication across operational teams and leadership.
  • •Oversee operational readiness of the Security Command Centre, including emergency communications, alarms, incident notifications, and emergency contact systems with timely escalation.
  • •Develop and deliver emergency management training and coordinate exercises (drills, simulations, and multi-agency scenarios) to validate preparedness and improve response capability.
  • •Directly manage and develop the Command Centre team; maintain policies/procedures, run post-incident reviews and audits, and ensure compliance with relevant UK legislation and organisational requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Emergency Management, Resilience, Security, or a related field.
  • •Experience coordinating incident response and emergency planning activities.
  • •Strong understanding of UK emergency response frameworks and multi-agency working.
  • •Must have or be able to attain a recognised UK or internationally recognised security accreditation.
  • •Ability to operate effectively under pressure during live incidents, including responding to emergencies 24 hours a day.
