Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the architecture of the revenue tech stack so new tools integrate cleanly without creating silos.
  • •Design and build integrations across Salesforce, CPQ, data enrichment, engagement tooling, and other sales tools so data and workflows move seamlessly.
  • •Automate manual workflows across sales, marketing, and deployment motions to remove repetitive work from sellers and operators.
  • •Own Salesforce development and build a scalable CRM intended to support 10x the current team size.
  • •Ensure scalable and reliable data flows across systems (including the data warehouse/BI layer) to power reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5-8+ years in business systems, revenue operations, sales operations, CRM/CPQ implementation, or technical/data engineering applied to GTM systems, including direct hands-on ownership of a Salesforce org (admin or architect level).
  • •SQL fluency and comfort working with a modern data warehouse/BI stack (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Looker, Hex).
  • •Hands-on experience with a modern CPQ tool and familiarity with call intelligence (e.g., Gong), sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Apollo, Amplemarket, Rox), and/or marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
  • •Experience designing and shipping integrations between systems rather than isolated point solutions.
  • •Fluency with automation tools and AI for operational workflows (e.g., Salesforce Flow, Apex, Workato/Tray.io/Zapier, APIs, LLMs/AI agents, prompt engineering).
