Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development and execution of Asia Pacific reward strategies and programs aligned to global compensation philosophy, governance standards, and business priorities.
  • •Advise regional/local functional heads and HR Business Partners on compensation topics including new hire compensation, retention, governance approvals, and annual compensation review activities.
  • •Integrate acquired teams or organizations into Asia Pacific rewards framework and programs with regional HR colleagues.
  • •Assess market trends, regulatory developments, and workforce needs across the region and recommend and implement reward solutions.
