Transfer Pricing Senior Manager - US (San Jose)

Lead transfer pricing and related tax matters across the Americas with a primary focus on the US. Own transfer pricing planning, policy setting, compliance, controversy, and expert advisory support for finance and business stakeholders. Conduct internal risk assessments, perform functional and financial analyses, implement and monitor transfer pricing controls, lead audit strategy and responses, and manage documentation with external consultants while monitoring US transfer pricing legislation and decisions.
