Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent the company to C-suite, executives, KOL physicians, medical directors, hospital administrators, and lab leadership as a subject matter expert.
  • •Achieve sales goals within the assigned geography by building relationships and articulating value of tests and digital health tools.
  • •Partner with Medical Affairs to educate and recruit health systems to use Freenome’s tests.
  • •Negotiate and close contracts with health systems and institutions, then partner with implementation to ensure adoption.
  • •Use CRM tools to capture customer interactions, market intelligence, and funnel development; provide customer feedback to Product and Marketing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, or Science (or related field).
  • •10+ years of medical sales experience, including 3+ years selling complex diagnostics solutions to health systems or institutions.
  • •Experience successfully selling, closing, and implementing contracts with health systems.
  • •Understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement pathways, and screening protocols.
  • •Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills; experience using CRM tools and data-driven account planning.
