Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the AI product strategy and execution for AEP, including platform-level AI technologies and agentic workflows that power Adobe’s AI agents across Experience Cloud applications
  • •Lead the long-term product vision and roadmap evolution for the AI platform
  • •Shape and deliver future versions of the agentic AI platform in close partnership with engineering
  • •Drive alignment across multiple internal stakeholders in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
  • •Lead and develop a team of product managers to execute on the strategy and roadmap

Key Requirements

  • •Proven product leadership in platform or infrastructure-level products with enterprise-scale experience
  • •Strong strategic thinking and ability to think 2-3 years out to build moats
  • •Deep AI/ML background with understanding of enterprise AI platform architectures
  • •Track record of influencing and aligning cross-functional executive stakeholders across product, engineering, research, design, and go-to-market teams
  • •Strong technical fluency; software engineering background or engineering degree highly preferred
