Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow a team of Product Managers and Implementation Managers, setting high standards for strategy, execution, and ownership.
  • •Set product direction across a large cross-functional organisation in partnership with engineering, finance, controls, operations, analytics, data science, and senior business leaders.
  • •Deliver ERP selection and implementation to support global financial operations.
  • •Shape finance systems and data product strategy, including automation of key finance processes.
  • •Improve the speed, quality, and reliability of financial close and reporting, including tooling for SOX compliance, auditability, and strong financial controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant hands-on product experience building, scaling, and improving complex products, platforms, or data products in controlled environments.
  • •Experience working with risk and controls, with strong understanding of auditability and operational resilience.
  • •Strong background in finance systems, data products, and financial processes, including building for controlled, audited environments.
  • •Comfort with data to understand problems, measure progress, and make better decisions.
  • •Leadership experience coaching and developing Product Managers, while driving clarity and momentum.
