Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the financial systems strategy and roadmap across ERP, sub-ledgers, reporting, reconciliation, and automation platforms.
  • •Build, lead, and develop the Financial Systems team, including hiring, performance management, mentoring, and fostering a self-serve builder culture.
  • •Drive end-to-end finance transformation by identifying manual processes, designing automation solutions, and overseeing implementation from prototype to production.
  • •Own ERP platform strategy, including integrations, data model, customizations, and upgrade path; ensure system controls, audit readiness, and data integrity (SOX/compliance).
  • •Champion AI and automation adoption for finance workflows (LLM-powered workflows, RPA, copilots, anomaly detection, automated journal entries), build data pipelines, govern UAT/release management, and report transformation progress and system health.

Key Requirements

  • •12–15+ years across finance operations, systems, and technology leadership, ideally in FinTech, Financial Services, or fast-paced tech.
  • •Deep ERP expertise (NetSuite, SAP, or Workday) including integrations, data migrations, and platform strategy.
  • •Proven experience leading finance transformation programs, including automation, system consolidations, or greenfield implementations.
  • •Hands-on builder mindset with proficiency in Python, SQL, and/or VBA, comfortable prototyping solutions.
  • •Experience deploying AI/ML or RPA in production finance environments (e.g., JE automation, reconciliation, anomaly detection, reporting), with strong internal controls and SOX/compliance understanding.
