•Receive and review new UK claims notifications from policyholders, brokers, and other channels.

Key Requirements

•Graduation or post graduation.
•15+ years of experience in operations/SSC/insurance/finance environment.
•Exposure to transactional processing/back-office operations.
•Basic knowledge of insurance processes (claims/policy admin) and finance/accounting processes (technical accounting).
•Ability to follow defined processes and procedures with strong attention to detail and compliance/quality.
