Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the strategic BizOps owner for Specialist Sales and global New Products Performance, identifying key growth levers across customer segments, performance, and operational drivers.
  • •Represent the voice of New Products business segments by synthesizing field feedback and market intelligence to inform strategy, product/roadmap decisions, and customer-facing programs.
  • •Drive and track execution of cross-functional investments, leading complex strategic projects (e.g., account structures, pricing/revenue models like consumption).
  • •Advise Specialist Sales leadership on annual/quarterly planning, territory design, goal setting, forecasting, performance reviews, and sales metrics to help teams beat targets.
  • •Own business rhythm and analytics by pulling and transforming data across sources and leveraging AI/automation for forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.

Key Requirements
