Job Summary

Operate assigned equipment and plant areas to ensure safe, quality, and efficient production at the Ardmore, OK site. Monitor control systems and process conditions, perform field checks and sampling, write Safe Work Permits, complete checklists, and support Return to Operations (RTO) and Red Tag processes. Troubleshoot process, quality, safety, and environmental issues, participate in Root Cause Investigations, and help coach and train others.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow Operating Discipline principles, procedures, and practices to ensure safe and efficient operation.
•Operate and field-check process equipment and monitor process conditions, equipment, and control systems.
•Perform assigned operations tasks per the Master Task List, including field checks, equipment preparation, and samples.
•Use troubleshooting skills to resolve process, product quality, safety, and environmental problems and identify maintenance needs.
•Initiate and participate in Root Cause Investigations as required; coach and train others on plant operations.

Key Requirements

•Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
•Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship/support is available.
•Willing and able to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
•8-hour rotating shift schedule (rotations last 4 weeks).
•Associates degree in Process Technology and prior process operator/technician experience are preferred.
