Key Responsibilities

  • •Take functional ownership of the regional ERP platform supporting finance and supply chain processes across multiple countries.
  • •Diagnose recurring issues to root cause, distinguishing system defects from process design gaps and user capability gaps, and route to the right resolution path.
  • •Translate business requirements into system and process solutions, determining whether the fix is configuration, process change, or training.
  • •Bridge to Group ERP by acting as the single regional functional contact, assessing system changes for regional impact, and coordinating regional testing, validation, and rollout.
  • •Establish and lead a regional ERP Centre of Excellence, build and maintain process playbooks and reporting, enable users via training and community, and drive automation and master data quality improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain, or related.
  • •8+ years professional experience, including at least 4 years in roles combining business process and ERP systems (e.g., functional/business analyst, ERP consultant, or ERP expert).
  • •Deep working knowledge of finance or supply chain processes as executed in an ERP environment, with ability to challenge process design.
  • •Strong analytical skills to distinguish system problems from process problems and route resolutions appropriately.
  • •Experience explaining systems and processes to non-technical business users; excellent written and spoken English.
