Job Summary

Serve as an account liaison for Manheim auction clients and vendors, coordinating and executing account SLAs and acting as a primary point of contact. Work directly with clients to understand requirements, support ongoing account needs, and help drive solutions and upsell Cox Automotive products. Coordinate with auction personnel across customer engagement while ensuring vehicle readiness, smooth auction operations, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as account liaison, coordinating and executing account SLAs and serving as primary point of contact for auction vendors/clients.
•Review vehicles in the sale lineup, locate missing vehicles, and coordinate with account representatives to ensure vehicles are ready and on-site on time for sale.
•Perform basic client services by monitoring vehicle reconditioning processes, supporting client teams, and communicating with stakeholders to keep auction operations running smoothly.
•Educate clients on company products and services and offer solutions that help ensure work is completed to client expectations.
•With support from senior peers and auction departments, review lineup vehicles, recommend and coordinate reconditioning services, and conduct condition report and imaging audits.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.09 - 36.11 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED and up to 2 years of related experience, including at least 1 year in the automotive industry or related field.
•Team-based interpersonal skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record required.
•Ability to operate vehicles (including standard and automatic transmission preferred) and perform duties with physical ability and mental acuity within required timeframes.
