Job Summary

Own longer-term global supply planning and in-season/pre-season execution to optimize supply availability to worldwide markets. Assess and mitigate supply risks across critical GTM milestones driven by demand variations, capacity, and material constraints, translating forecasts into capacity, allocation, and PO placement schedules. Partner with product supply, brand/commercial planning, and vendors, and support process improvements, buy calendars, governance, and KPI reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Support long range planning (LRP) activities with internal/external stakeholders aligned to sourcing strategy and planning scenarios.
•Translate MFP forecast into capacity, allocation, and material types; provide allocation guidance and validate through critical GTM milestones, including PO placement scheduling.
•Create and maintain the seasonal buy plan, optimize global PO placement schedule, and set buy strategies (e.g., LLT exceptions, MOQ review, buy windows, material pre-position actions).
•Drive monthly need-to-buy processes and seasonal calendars for buy dates and shipping schedules; coordinate information/data gathering and system setup for execution.
•Collect and act on capacity risk assessments, identify mitigation actions (e.g., fairshare, prebuild, push-out), and roll up capacity/production planning updates with KPI reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, operations management, engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant master’s preferred.
•3–5 years of experience in supply chain management with strong capacity and production planning experience.
•Proven experience managing global teams across multiple countries.
•Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
•Proficiency with supply chain planning software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA) and strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
